01. Integrated Body and Bonnet Construction
The one-piece cast body with integral bonnet reduces static pressure boundary joints. With only one dynamic sealing point at the shaft, the design helps minimise potential leakage paths and improve long-term reliability.
02. Eccentric Plug Geometry
The eccentric plug structure supports stable engagement between the plug and seat during operation. This helps reduce instability during throttling and improves seating performance when the valve closes.
03. High Flow Capacity
An optimised internal flow path provides high flow capacity and wide rangeability, making the valve suitable for heavy-duty industrial process control.
04. Optional Pressure Reduction Design
For applications involving higher pressure drop, a multi-hole plate can be installed inside the valve body to improve flow stability and help mitigate flashing or cavitation risks.
05. Flexible Multi-Hole Plate Options
Multi-hole plates are available in integrated internal or combined external configurations, allowing the valve to be adapted to different process requirements.
